- Due to items being custom made to our customers request ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZING, COLORS, THEMES AND SEND NOTES IN THE CORRECT SPELLING. CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing at one of the locations listed. - ADDITIONS OR CHANGES CAN NOT BE MADE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. IF ADDITIONS ARE NEEDED A SEPARATE ORDER MUST BE PLACED. THAT ORDER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIMES STATED. IT DOES'NT DEFAULT TO THE DATE OF THE PREVIOUS ORDER. IF A RUSH FEE WAS APPLIED TO THE FIRST ORDER IT MUST BE APPLIED TO THE ADDITIONAL ORDER FOR BOTH ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED AND ARRIVE ON TIME.
- RUSH FEES ARE CHARGED PER TIME FRAME ALLOCATED AND THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS. Due to COVID and other possible discrepancies we do not offer pickup or delivery at this time . All orders will be shipped through USPS and a tracking number will be provided once shipping is prepared. Currently we ship through out the United States.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN OF ANY ITEMS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS BEING PROVIDED WHEN ORDERED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED DURING SHIPPING WE WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS AND THEY WILL HANDLE THE REST.
