How does ordering work?
Once order is placed it takes 1-3 days for order to be processed and production to start unless RUSH MY ORDER is chosen. Orders are finished and produced by the date provided as the date needed.
Example: Two orders one placed Monday for two months away another placed same day due two weeks later. The one with the closest date will be started and produced early.
Production is based on approval of design mock ups (if requested). Delay in approval will delay production.
Can I request a refund?
Thanks for shopping with AKsCustoms. Due to items being custom made to our customers request ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SIZING, COLORS, THEMES AND SEND NOTES IN THE CORRECT SPELLING. CHANGES CANNOT BE MADE AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.
How long does it take?
Thank you so much for considering AKsCustoms to bring your vision to life. Due to all items being custom made please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS,PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, FEDERAL HOLIDAYS AND DAYS WERE NOT OPERATING) for your order to be processed. After processing please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to be complete and prepared for shipping. Shipping depends on the speed chosen at check out but could be anywhere from 1-5 days. ORDERS ARE COMPLETED BY THE DATES GIVEN AT CHECKOUT!
Can I just pickup?
Thanks for shopping with AKsCustoms. Due to COVID and other possible discrepancies we do not offer pickup or delivery at this time. All orders will be shipped through USPS and a tracking number will be provided once shipping is prepared. Orders will have to be signed for so please prepare. Currently we ship through out the United States. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN OF ANY ITEMS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS BEING PROVIDED WHEN ORDERED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED DURING SHIPPING BY USPS, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THEM.

WHY AM I SIGNING FOR THIS PACKAGE?
Due to quality control and ensuring every customer gets their custom items safely all purchases must be signed for at delivery by someone 18 or older please plan accordingly. If you are not there and noone signs t he package will be taken back by the driver. You will be responsible for ensuring you get the package from their access point or the postal office.
CAN I ORDER THE SAME OUTFIT I FOUND ON GOOGLE, ETSY AND OTHER SITES?
DUE TO ALL ORDERS BEING CUSTOM WE DO NOT RECREATE ITEMS, WE CAN HOWEVER CREATE ITEMS WITH THE SAME THEME,SIMILAR COLORS AND PLACEMENTS. BUT CREATING THAT EXACT PRODUCT IS NOT AN OPTION.
CAN I ADD ON TO MY ORDER?
WHEN ADDING ON YOU HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ORDER. THAT ORDER WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIMES ABOVE. IT DOES'NT DEFAULT TO THE DATE OF THE PREVIOUS ORDER. IF THE ORDER HAS TO BE RUSHED A RUSH FEE IS APPLIED FOR EACH ORDER, COUNTING THE NUMBER OF ITEMS AS WELL AS THE NUMBER OF DAYS.
EX. ONE ORDER RUSHED FOR 10 SHIRTS IN 6 DAYS (YOU WILL HAVE A RUSH FEE FOR THOSE ITEMS AND DAYS) AND YOU PLACE AND ORDER TO BE ADDED TO THAT ONE FOR 20 SHIRTS 2 DAYS LATER. A RUSH FEE FOR 20 SHIRTS IN 4 DAYS WILL BE ADDED TO THE SECOND ORDER.
